Hello my friends! Today was a not very good day, but I will not let that stop me from being happy. I’m am going to go to my yoga class and enjoy my night and hopefully my negative thoughts will go away.
Today I am grateful for my my strong legs, I need to remind myself that these legs aren’t what they are in my head but rather vehicles that have taken me many many miles and climbed many flights of stairs and the fact they touch takes nothing away from there greatness.
